Our Rates
Global Reach, Local Advantage
Being based in the Philippines, we are uniquely positioned to access a wide range of Gundam model kits, including exclusive P-Bandai releases that are often difficult to obtain elsewhere. Our team can source the kits locally, customize them to your specifications, and ship them worldwide—no need to send us your own kits.
For clients who prefer to send their own builds, we also maintain a weekly courier service from Delaware, USA, making international coordination seamless and efficient.
Our custom builds start at $499, which already includes the model kit, custom paintwork, decal application, assembly, nub mark and seam line removal, and shipping to the United States. You can choose your preferred style—clean build, shaded, weathered, or battle-damaged.
This base rate applies to a standard Master Grade kit such as RX-78, Gundam Exia, or Gundam Heavy Arms. We also accept High Grades, larger Master Grades, Perfect Grades, and Mega Sizes, with final pricing depending on the model, modification level, and desired finish—whether it’s kitbashing, custom color schemes, or full diorama work.
Whatever you envision, we can bring it to life.

At Hajime Model Studio, we believe every model tells a story —and we’re here to help bring your imagination to life, one build at a time.
OUR SERVICES
Commission Painting Process
Interested in having a custom-painted model kit built by Hajime Model Studio? Here’s how our commission process works:
Please answer a short questionnaire so we can provide an accurate quotation.
o What Gundam model kit (or any other model) would you like us to build?
oWhat painting style do you prefer — clean, shaded, weathered, or battle-damaged?
oPlease include reference photos or images that show the general look or color scheme you want.
oDon’t forget to include your name, address, and contact number so we can reach you easily.
Once we receive your details, we’ll review your request and send you a personalized quotation based on the kit, desired finish, and any modifications.
Throughout the project, we’ll send you work-in-progress photos to show how your model is coming along. Please note these images may not look “pretty” yet — they’re meant to give you a sense of our current stage in the build, not the final look.
We may reach out from time to time to confirm specific color choices or detailing preferences — for example, if you’d like the weapon to have three shades of gunmetal or the armor to be matte instead of gloss. Please note also we are on the other side of the world and the time zones are flipped on its head.
Once your project is finished, we’ll share final photos for your approval before securely packaging and shipping your customized kit to your address.
